Delivery Information

SIA AFI, registration No.: 40003608181, VAT payer No.: LV40003608181, provides convenient and fast delivery of goods, offering several receiving options according to your preferences. When placing an order, please choose the delivery method most suitable for you.

Delivery options:

• Delivery via Omniva, Unisend or Venipak – orders are delivered to a parcel locker or by courier on average within 3–10 business days.
• Pick-up of goods – you can collect your order at our office SIA AFI (a26.lv): Ciemupe, Daugavpils iela 1a, Ogresgala pag., Ogres nov., LV-5001, Latvia. On weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00.
• Courier delivery to the address specified by you – after the order is placed, the courier will contact you to agree on the delivery time.

Receiving goods at a parcel locker (Omniva, Venipak):

• Pick-up is available only with prepayment.
• After placing your order, choose the nearest parcel locker.
• Please make sure that the ordered goods comply with the maximum size and weight restrictions of the parcel lockers:

o Omniva: 39 x 39 x 64 cm, max. 30 kg

o Venipak: 39.5 x 41 x 61 cm, max. 30 kg

o Unisend: 35 x 61 x 74.5 cm, max. 30 kg

• If the item exceeds the permitted parameters, the delivery method may be changed to courier delivery without prior notice.
• After the item is delivered to the parcel locker, you will receive an SMS with an access code.
• The parcel is stored in the parcel locker for 7 days. If it is not collected, it is returned to the seller.
• A fee of EUR 6 applies for repeated shipping or collection at the pick-up point.

If the order is stored for more than 10 days after the notification has been sent, a storage fee of EUR 0.20 per day may be applied.

Courier delivery to your address:

• The courier delivers the shipment to the building entrance door.
• If carrying the goods up to an apartment is required, an additional fee of EUR 15 applies.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the courier can access the specified delivery address.
• If the courier is unable to contact the buyer, the order is returned to the seller, and repeated shipping is carried out only after additional delivery costs have been paid.

Important delivery information:

• Delivery may take 3–10 business days, depending on the availability of goods in stock. At the time of placing the order, our representative will inform you about the approximate delivery time.
• We always strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes occur that can delay delivery, such as emergency situations or logistics issues. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and provide information about the new delivery time.
• When receiving the goods, before signing for the delivery, please check the packaging in the presence of the courier. If visible damage is detected, immediately inform the seller and refuse to accept the damaged goods.
• Large-size and non-standard goods, such as tyres, may be delivered only by courier, and delivery costs may vary. Exact information is available by contacting us.
• Delivery costs and the delivery method may be changed without notice if the order exceeds standard size and weight limits.
