1. Before you start using the website www.a26.lv of SIA “AFI” (registration No. 40003608181, address – Daugavpils Street 1A, Ciemupe, Ogresgala Parish, Ogres Municipality, LV-5001), please read these terms of use of the website www.a26.lv (hereinafter – the terms).
2. By visiting the website www.a26.lv or using the information on goods and services provided there, you personally or the person you represent, if you act on their behalf, agree to these terms.
3. From the moment you start using the website www.a26.lv or perform any activities on the website, you will be deemed to have read and agree to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of use. Each user of the website is obliged to regularly review the terms and conditions in order to be informed of any changes made to them in a timely manner.
4. Users of the website www.a26.lv have the right to use the features and services offered there at the price in effect at the time the respective service is offered. SIA “AFI” has the right to change the prices indicated on the website www.a26.lv and create new paid services at any time at its discretion.

6. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the services will be resolved in accordance with the requirements set forth in regulatory enactments.

Documents confirming the goods purchased on the website www.a26.lv.

In cases where the buyer pays for and receives the product ordered on the website www.a26.lv on site at the www.a26.lv store, the following documents confirming the purchase of the product (hereinafter referred to as the transaction) are issued:

1. Cashier's check;
2. Goods delivery note;
3. Warranty card (if required).
4. Upon receipt of the Product, the Buyer shall verify whether it fully corresponds to the selected Product – manufacturer, model, color, size and configuration.
5. Responsibility for the Product, its damage and loss passes from the Seller to the Buyer at the moment the product is transferred to the Buyer.
6. The Buyer determines the quality of the Product (excluding hidden manufacturing defects) by visually inspecting the Product upon receipt.
7. In cases where the ordered product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer, the proof of purchase is the delivery note, which is sent to the email address specified in the order for the relevant product.
8. The warranty card, if required, is included with the product in the product packaging.
9. The fact that the buyer has received the goods is confirmed by:

• Upon receipt of the ordered product at the www.a26.lv store on site – the buyer's signature on the document;
• Upon receipt of the ordered product, the buyer's signature on the courier/order issuer's electronic terminal;
• Upon receiving the ordered item at the parcel lockers – the buyer manually enters the code to pick up the ordered item.
• Claims that the order has not been delivered after receipt of the order has been confirmed by any of the methods described in clause 10 are not accepted.

Use of the guarantee on the website www.a26.lv.

1. Please note that the manufacturer's warranty conditions are valid if the buyer can present:
   a. a document confirming the purchase (receipt, delivery note);
   b. a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (if the manufacturer or distributor has included one in the product package).
2. The legal warranty period is 24 months and begins with the moment of delivery of the goods. Damage caused by natural wear and tear, improper use or lack thereof, or improper maintenance are excluded from the warranty. The warranty is also excluded for defects and damage caused by inappropriate or incorrect use (installation), non-compliance with the instructions or due to incorrect or careless handling. The warranty is not valid if you or another person uses inappropriate measures and / or attempts to repair parts without permission from us, to the extent that these actions are considered to be the cause of the defect or damage. In the event of a warranty claim, it is your choice to either exercise your right to have the data corrected or to demand delivery of the goods without defects (subsequent performance). If subsequent performance leads to disproportionately high costs, the claim only applies to the remaining type – subsequent performance.

In connection with the delivery of goods without defects, exchanges for products of higher quality and their characteristics are already accepted, as long as this is justified.

Any further rights, in particular the cancellation or reduction of the purchase contract, can only be exercised after a reasonable period of time. If there is a specific manufacturer's guarantee that you can use additional warranty services, this will be stated in the relevant product description. In this case, this guarantee only applies to the product in question.

Right of withdrawal

1. You have the right to cancel the product within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason.
2. In order to exercise the 14 (fourteen) day right of withdrawal, keep and do not damage the original packaging (if any) and assembly of the Product, and the Product must not be externally mechanically damaged, installed or used.
3. Goods are not accepted for return if they have been used and/or damaged and/or have lost their original appearance (changes to the Goods or their packaging that occur when the packaging is opened to view the Goods are not considered significant changes to the appearance of the Goods).
4. 5. We would like to remind you that the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" applies only to natural persons. Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that legal entities cannot exercise the right of withdrawal set out in the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
